Earlier: Police are searching for a disabled San Marcos man who was last seen Wednesday outside of his home.

Raymond Casas never returned after leaving his house, located at 705 River Road, to take out the trash. Casas is disabled, has diabetes and schizophrenia.

Casas takes medication for both medical conditions, but did not have any medicine, nor his cellphone or wallet when he left his home.

The missing person is a brown-haired Hispanic male who stands 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 222 pounds. Casas is missing several front teeth, his right big toe and is heavily tattooed. He was last seen wearing a gray sleeveless shirt, black shorts and red tennis shoes.
