University officials have opened the Bobcat Village student apartment complex to offer temporary shelter to students and faculty displaced by May 24 extreme flash floods.
The university is welcoming those who need assistance to the complex, located on Aquarena Springs Drive across from Bobcat Stadium.
Those seeking shelter at the complex need one form of personal identification.
Although the apartments are fully furnished, visitors need to bring their own linens. Pets are not allowed.
Texas State officials could not be reached for comment due to the university’s closure in observance of Memorial Day.
